Version 2 Software Does Not Communicate Under Windows 95

Problem
Communications while running Version 2 software under Windows 95 is erratic or completely impossible.
Please note that this does not affect all computers running Windows 95. However, it has not been possible to determine why.
If you are experiencing problems, follow the correction below.
Correction
You will need to create or modify the shortcut to the Version 2 software. Access the properties dialog box as appropriate for your installation of Windows 95 and our software. Select the Program tab, then select the “ Advanced...” button. Make sure the “MS-DOS mode” control is selected (has a tick mark in the box). Now select “Specify a new MS-DOS configuration”. You can leave the options as they are given by Windows 95. Click on the “OK” button to close the “Advanced Program Settings” dialog box. Click on the “OK” button to close the “Shortcut to...” dialog box.
