V21.06 Firmware Error - STARLOGGER SENSE #1 - Input missing in 6004 Mode

Problem
The SENSE #1 Input signal (Pin #20) is not detected when the STARLOGGER is set to 6004 Mode.
(The SENSE #1 Input is correctly set in 6003 Mode).
Correction
Upgrade the STARLOGGER to V21.7 Firmware.
Note
- This problem has been fixed in firmware V21.7 which has been fitted to STARLOGGERs with serial numbers above 551 shipped from the factory after the 1 August 1993.
- SENSE #1 is now available as bit 5 of byte 32 in the Register Block. B32 now contains:-
Bits 0..2 BAUD Rate settings
Bit 3 Log Start
Bit 4 Unused
Bit 5 SENSE #1 (0=input grounded)
Bits 6..7 HSIO Data
