V21.03 FIRMWARE ERROR - First Count Lost - after loading Scheme ***

Problem
A firmware error in the initialisation section causes the STARLOGGER to miss the first count on all four counters channels after an initialise has been performed.
Symptom
The first count is missed on all counter channels after a Scheme has been loaded into a STARLOGGER.
Correction
The correction for this error has been made in V21.4 firmware.
Upgrade the STARLOGGER to V21.4 Firmware. (This service is performed free of charge at your UNIDATA service centre).
Note
- This problem has been fixed in STARLOGGERs with Serial# above 450 or STARLOGGERs shipped from the factory after 17 June 1993.
- This problem will not effect wind speed or flow measurment, but may be significant in rainfall measurement where the first tip (0.2mm) of a logging period will be lost.
