To configure an analog channel for differential input you must edit the transducer definition of the instrument used on that channel and configure it for differential input.
To Edit a transducer definition:
Open the scheme you are using with Scheme Editor.
Select "Window" then "Instruments" then "View" to view the instruments installed in the scheme.
Double click the instrument whose transducer definition you wish to edit, this will display a list of transducers making up the instrument.
Double click the transducer whose definition you wish to edit.
To configure the transducer to accept Diffential inputs, click the green drop down arrow adjacent to the "Output" field and select "Diff. Voltage" from the available options. This will configure the analog channel specified in the "Channel" field for differential input.
