To keep the vent tube in vented cable dry, a Drying Tube containing “Silica-Gel” desiccant is connected to the cable. The Drying Tube needs to vent to atmosphere.
Use with the STARFLOW and Water Depth Probes (Models 6508 and 7421). Replace the desiccant in the Drying Tube when it turns pink.
