The Weatherproof Enclosure protects the Data Logger from moisture, wind and sun, and would-be vandals. It is constructed of robust, glass filled, polycarbonate which has been UV stabilised for outdoor use. Signal cables enter through glands in the base of the enclosure.
The logger is installed and removed from the enclosure through the front lid which seals the enclosure when shut. Tamperproof screws and a key are supplied.
Model 6701A includes pole mounting hardware and fittings which provide a complete field installation set.
The Model 6701D is a Double Width version of this enclosure.
