UNIDATA offers IC Memory Cards meeting PCMCIA/JEIDA standards. Each card includes a backup power source. Its performance is assured for 10,000 or more insertions/extractions. These cards are used by the Model 6004-3 Memory Card STARLOGGER.
Using Memory Cards
Memory Cards extend the capacity of the STARLOGGER and offer new ways of programming and unloading the logger. Memory Cards can be used in three ways:
Program Logger
Version 3 for STARLOG Software can save the logger scheme on the Memory Card where it can be used to program any number of loggers.
Log to Card
The Memory Card remains in the STARLOGGER for the duration of the recording. If the Memory Card is temporarily removed or becomes full, data logging automatically reverts to the logger’s internal memory until a Memory Card is re-inserted.
Unload to Card
The loggers record to their internal memory as usual. The Memory Card is inserted into each logger to unload the data.
Version 3 for STARLOG Software will work with Memory Cards on any computer with a Memory Card reader.
